Hotel is located on the main road, getting local transportation is easy. Property is good, clean, staff is very helpful right from reception to room service. Food is tasty. Linen is an issue. Overall decent place to stay. Would be better if the hotel can have carpet, will be helpful especially during winter season.

No hot water in washroom

Hot water was not coming in tap in premium room. Service was slow not recommended after paying a high traffic.

1. The room was decent, but it lacked certain amenities, like a geyser. 2. The lock on the room door was in poor condition and needed significant improvement. 3. The bedsheet was changed upon our arrival, as we had requested. 4. The overall ambiance was just "average. Not available, can contact the hotel upon the feedback

Service is too poor. Ins pite of my complain they could not resolve intercom problem even upto check out time. For every silly 2 things i had comedown from 4th floor to reception.

I was terrible experience staying in this hotel. We booked 6 room and it was complete nightmare. Bed sheets are extremely dirty. There is no towel in the bathroom. I gave me towel after 6 hour of delay after 6-7 reminder. They don't know anything about customer experience. If i have to rate this hotel i would give -10. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

No towels given, no wifi, no geezer for hot water, i can go to consumer forum for towels answer me washer man did not brought.

The key given to me at the reception could not open my room. I had to wait for two hours before the gate could open only to find that it was an unclean room not ready for guest. Ordered dal by specifically mentioning that it should be without onion/garlic, they accepted the order but the dal served had onion/garlic in it. No one seem to be in charge. No one was there to take responsibility.

Awesome hotel, value for money, food service. Rooms and bathrooms were really nice. Me and my family were pleasantly surprised by the price of the room and the quality of the room. I would highly recommend this hotel. Total value for money

Clean room, good location, staffs are well behaved but limited options in breakfast. There is no accommodation for driver, only parking is available (which was provided in our earlier stays.

Dusting was not done properly and hence the room was not clean. There was a lot of broken hair everywhere. Coughs were there in the balcony, which suggested it was not hygienic. There should be a mat at least either in the room or outside. The bed size was comparatively a little small for deluxe status. Better maintenance is required. I have already left the room. No pics taken.

The rooms were neat and clean. The staff were very cooperative. The restaurant has a great view, feels like rooftop. But the downside is the service at the restaurant. Most of the menu items were not available. And the time between placing an order and its delivery to the table was about 30 to 45 minutes.

I think wifi is sometimes not reachable. So please choose the room close to the wifi. People are so good and stay is so pleasant there. Value for money
