I stayed in dc 27th 2024. Room is clean and well maintained. Value for money. Close to baidyanath temple. Staff is good.

Everything was good except for the restaurant that they have tied up with. The minimum order value is ₹300 and they won't deliver your food if it is not above 300 even if you agree to pay the delivery charges. Rest everything was fine, including the room service, staff behaviour, quality of stay. They even helped us get taxi at reasonable rates for sight seeing.

It was a lovely stay at milan palace. Hotel is located in 1 km proximity of baba baidhyanath mandir and commute is very easy. The stay is good for large group of people. Overall a very good experience.

Very good place to stay, no doubt. Everything is nee t & clean & parking place is also good and i love the behaviour of hotel staff. They are very polite and understanding.

Terrible Stay

My experience was horrible. 1. Location of hotel is very bad, gali mein hotel hai. 2. Service of hotel is poor, no phone or even bell to call room service. 3. Rude behavior of staff. You will feel very bad, extreme pathetic behavior. 4. No food, and outside food is triple rate. 5. They claim to give 24 hrs checkout time from check in time but they will not follow what they say. 6. This is the worst hotel i have seen.

I booked hotel through make my trip for my 3 day deoghar tour and my experience was quite pleasant. Behaviour of hotel stuff was really nice. Room was good and the hotel was in 15 mins walking distance from baba baidyanath dham.

Over all better, but some things required to improve. The meal of the hotel is worst. So it is required to provide the better meal in the hotel.

Booked ac room but provided non ac room and electricity come and go frequently. Old table fan with slow speed. Street dogs are also running inside the property

I have booked ac room, during my stay ac not working. Hotels teem said due to electricity problem thy e unable to served. Housekeeping not good.

Booked 2 ac rooms. Very nice property near the temple. Rooms are very neat and clean and very well maintained. Ma'am behaviour is very good. Overall a very good experience suggested for all.

It was quiet pleasant comfortable stay experience at milan palace. Everything was fine like last time visit also i collected my gifted earphone which i left it there in last time visit and they kept it safely.

Hotel was on a good location. Hotel was neat and clean. The most special thing was the best and cooperative behave of staff. Mineral water was available in room. A. C. Was working properly. Daily room cleaning facility was available. Hotel owner arranged a taxi for us to visit the near by places. They also arranged a taxi to drop us at jaisidih. Overall my experience was * (5 star) thanks make my trip

Room is like dharamshala, i have taken family standard non ac room. Cons 1. Room is not ventilated, hence room is hot for day and night both. 2. Continuous power cut in the night experienced which make uncomfortable stay at night. 3. Room is having normal bed, not spacious, no cold water for drinking in one words like dharamshala, for which price is not worth it. Pros in family room 4-5 people can sleep. Location is ok.
