Room in hotel was good but cleaning was not up to the mark, staff also very good very cooperative, hotel is also very good and very good looking and located, everything nearby in hotel, thank you mmt to provide very good budget friendly hotel.

It was good. Management and staffs were polite. Rooms were clean, washroom can be slightly neater. Food could have been little better compared to the price. It's very near to baba baidyanath dham. Will surely visit again. Overall a great experience. Keep it up.

I stayed with my family and they had a party on the same floor (banquet hall is in same floor. So, there was heavy music till 2am and constant knock on the door by drunk people which caused my parents to stay up entire night and completely unsafe for family. However the staff were friendly and rooms were decent

Great property. Hardly 1km from baba abode. No food joints nearby, but one can eat near the temple. Otherwise clean room.

We were 5 people and stayed for 2 days. We opted for twin deluxe room and a spare bed. It was very comfortable, the food was delicious and the staff were very courteous

Our stay at hotel vaishnavi was a pleasant one. The hotel location is near to market which is very nice, food was delicious and hotel staff is cooperative and friendly. Happy to stay and will visit the hotel again in our future visits to deoghar.

The room had several issues. The flooring was broken, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the door lock was difficult to use. Additionally, the bedsheets and pillows weren’t very clean, which affected the overall comfort.

The general ambience, room amenities, wash room etc. Are satisfactory, excepting the hot water is not always available, but the service is very poor, everything moves in this hotel at snail's speed. The foods are overpriced. I had a traumatic experience of somebody constantly knocking my rooms door at 3. 00 am during my first night if stay and nobody received the phone at the reception desk. In short the hotel does not match the tariff they charge.

Rooms: the room that i stayed in was deluxe king room and it was quite spacious. Bed was comfortable but there were way too many pillows. Amenities: there were a few things that i loved. The room had a separate router and the smart tv had free connection of disney hotstar. Also, they provided talcum powder in a small bottle which was new. The other basic amenities were there. Hygiene: the rooms were clean but bedsheets had some stains and the washroom could have been cleaner. Food: i didn't try a lot of food items but i did ate chicken chill i boneless whichvwas good and briyani was so so. The buffet breakfast had limited options and it was simple but tasty. Staff: the staff was amazing. They were courteous and helpful. When i checked in towels were not there and i called and i got it in a couple of minutes. Same for ro water.
