We stayed in the property for one night, staff is good and cooperative, we had dinner and breakfast and both the meals were delicious.

Firstly, when we entered our room there’s only one light in our whole room because there’s no electricity. Secondly, they didn’t give any towels and soaps at first. Thirdly, bathroom were not cleaned and the tab water and flush not working properly. Lastly there’s no drinking water in our room and they also cut emergency light at night and we have to use our flashlight to go to the washroom at night.

Decent rooms, washrooms. Breakfast costs high, but don’t have much options in breakfast. Good point is spacious rooms and staff was good as well.

Hotel was good with friendly staff. I expected better amenities like room cleaning every day, body wash, shampoo, cleaner and better towels, at least a fan in the rooms. Also all the games that Hotel had including pool air hockey, carrom and oil were broken. They need to work on maintenance big time as they are charging good amount of room rent.

This Hotel is costly as per there services, rooms and washrooms need maintenance. Doors are not working properly. Washbasin was broken Location was fine. It is located in the mid of market So it feels safe. But over all they need to maintain there property.

No elevator for elders. Pool with walking difficulty can't get to the rooms. No proper shower facility and very very basic Hotel with almost no amenities.

Hotel is the only star property in Dhanaulti, excellent service by staff, food quality was very good, room ambience matches any city hotel...in short, excellent stay!

The location is in the main market of Dhanolti, which is easy to access through any mode of transportation, but less peace to sleep at night. Rooms were of normal size & cleanliness was fine, room service may be improved more. The manager was courteous & well behaved. Overall decent place to stay but not a 3 star property as claimed on different booking sites.

Hotel is in good location and it has clean and spacious rooms. Eco park is 2 minutes away. Though everything was nice we dint find this hotel value for money. Post reaching there we have found few more stays in lesser tariff.

Should not be called a 3star hotel. Not worth it!

Not at all worth being called a 3 star hotel .. They did not even give room heaters in rooms .. Asked for extra charge for them. The bathroom flooring was broken and it was not clean. Not recommended for the price!

Superb hotel at this price. Staff is very supportive they shows us good hospitality. If you are going to book this hotel don't think anything just book it because you will get delicious food also there. A good hotel in the town.
