Water likage in side the room..Electric Current from the bathroom Tap....No one interested in providing service.. Food also not good.. ..It' was a really horrible stay..

No phone in the room to contacting, no lift till our floor. Would not prefer to book again. There are better options in this price range.

Very bad stay. Full unhygienic. Bad smell in room. Staff service very bad. Had an argument while check in. Ac not working. Blanket and bedsheet very dirty. Asked for another bedsheet. They didn't give. All housekeeping staffs were smoking at evening and night. Wash basin got jammed. Water flow was closed. Overall it was a horrible horrible experience. Haven't faced such terrible experience in any hotel before

Room was not upto the mark, telephone was not working, shabby lift and unsafe lift, tap of washroom had no knob it was damaged

Only location is good, room size was small, room service, not satisfactory, reception boy was very lethargic, ac cooling was not satisfactory, lift was very congested. Room rent charge through mm t was higher for delux room. In the same amt executive room were being booked. Same experience was during my mumbai trip through mmt. I also booked air ticket from mumbai to varanasi, the flight was resheduled for next day. I had booked snacks through mm t but was not provided and in-spite my complaint my money was not returned. My experience with mm t is not good.

Food quality &service &location all is good. Location is in the heart of city. So approachable. Amenities are ok.

The stay was very unpleasant, no cleanliness, the room had already some papers lying around the floor when i entered. The sheets very dirty, i have dust allergy and suffered a lot cu z of the dusty sheets. In the morning i couldn't take a shower cu z there was no water(both warm and cold)

Room was spacious, but not maintained hygiene, dust everywhere. Staff didn't bother about the reputation of the hotel. Food was nice and didn't expensive. Best hotel near bus stand and housing colony.

The stay was average due to the following- 1. No temperature checks at check-inn 2. Tv did not work & there was nobody to set it right. 3. No electric kettles in the room. 4. Breakfast very odinary. 5. Not providing hotel gst bill inspite of request.

Staff here are more inclined towards getting money over anything else, if you are planning to book online give it a second thought as staff over there consider online booking to be a crime. They say in online booking customer has paid to MMT and not them. On the basis of this you can understand the behavior.
