General hygiene and cleanliness to improve. There is no fan in the reception area for waiting guests. The hotel has not provided soap and dust bin in the room. I asked them for these facilities.

Waste of money

Faulty ac, broken door and windows, almost no electrical applianceis working properly, this hotel is not suitable for family. The hotel management behaviour after receiving the payment is rude and they behave as they are providing free rooms to visitor. I shall never recommend individuals or family persons for this property.

Ac is not working at the time of power cut in jun e 2022 i. E. Extreme summer. No soap in the bathroom.

The Hotel was not valued for money. The rooms should be improved in terms of cleanliness. The washroom is also dirty. The behavior of the staff is average. I did not have any food from the Hotel.

No free breakfast. AC was not working throughout the day and night. They handled AC power supply from the back end

Nice hotel to stay near station. It provides a healthy service and food quality is also good. Rooms are up to the mark and clean. Other amenities are also good enough. A good stay for all type of people.

Worst hotel to stay

Hotel Marina Inn is the worst hotel to stay in Dhanbad. The staff is very rude, mannerless and exploiting. Make my trip should not keep such hotels in their list. The hotel doesn't even worth for Rs. 100/day stay. Beware of this hotel. Make my trip should refund the money paid for the stay and shouldn't pay any amount to hotel.
