Hotel was clean. Rooms were a bit small. Washroom was clean. Location is also good. Staffs were friendly.

Stay is good. Breakfast almost same everyday. So, for longer stay, one should get change. Property is good localities. Rooms need more cleaning as it does not get proper sunlight.

Clean room. Bathroom. Linen used were not clean at all. Power cuts take 5-10 mins to revive. Even drinking water bottles were paid. Car parking is a big issue.

The property is very neat & clean. Location is also good, just near dhanbad bus stand. Food from the inhouse kitchen was also good, but non-veg variations are a bit limited. Since the property is in the market area all other things are readily available in walking distance from the hotel. Overall the stay was quite pleasant & i would recommend to others as well.

There were mosquitoes in the room and kitchen was also closed during my stay. And there was no room service.

Location is very poor, searching property is difficult. It in interior street. Electricity repeated failure, & a/c not run during power fail. Staffs are cooperative.

Having issues with the room service and even in the breakfast part. My last stay i faced they did not serve the breakfast and when i have asked about the breakfast then they told me that today we don't have to cook for preparing the breakfast. When i told them. How could you say that i have already booked the room with breakfast facility then how it's not served then they said we were helpless in that you talk with my senior manager. Then i told them to refund my breakfast charges which i had already paid in my booking then after half n hour they bring the breakfast from street shoppers. That is really bad. When we stay at good reputated hotel and take breakfast from street shoppers. That is really embarrassing for me that's all. Sorry i don't have any images

The staff are very supportive. I think the hotel needs to focus on maintaince regularly regd. Bedsheets and washrooms. Overall experience is not bad.

Rooms are not cleaned - dust is accumulated in wardrobes, on tables, etc. Tv is dead in main bed room, and there was no recharge done for a working tv in another sitting room. As this is an higher-end suite room, even i was not offered a mineral water bottle. Rooms are not cleaned up, only upon my request. I expected these facilities at minimum for a suite room.
