Not clean, shabby paint, double bed only 5 ft wide - not enough for two men, no tea maker, no bathroom kit, no complimentary water bottle, no complimentary breakfast.

Rooms are wonderful and big and neat and clean. Food is also ok apart from chapatis. Nice.

Poor room service, dirty room, no phone in room, no complimentary water bottle, on tv only local free Chanel. No person available on reception except one guard.

During my stay at the said hotel is very charming and delightful. Hospitality of all staff is unparalleled. At the reception desk warm welcome has given by staff.

Location is good. Peaceful. Hotel rooms are very spacious with good interior. Everything is very good if we consider the infrastructure. However, service is not up to the mark. We checked in late night so I can understand that we may not always get food. But we can not even get a glass or a plate, that is something needs to be addressed. Blanket was too dirty. These few improvements will do good. Overall it was a nice place.
