Inhospitable unclean and unkept place. No restaurant on site. Its a lodge charging hotel tariffs. Room and washroom not clean. Linen is dirty and unwashed. Only one front desk staff and another guy to manage every other work. Both of them were however good people. The place is in shambles. I will avoid next time

1. fan speedo meter not working. 2. internet not working. 3. floor was not clean. 4. bad sheet & pilow cover was not clean. 5. stinky smell from the room. 6. ⁠staff was ignored when i complain for the internet connection.

No toiletries provided, when asked they gave a used toothpaste. No hot water available. Staff not at all attentive. Breakfast not taken.

Very pathetic hotel. Many times water not available in the hotel. And hotel staff give water through bucket for washroom. Terrible condition in food. Please don't stay at that hotel. @make my trip please remove the property from your list

The room quality is not good, the water of the bathroom is very very very poor, black water along with very bad smell water, please cancel the ti up with this hotel

It was good, hotel situated in the main bank more area. But complementary breakfast was not up to the mark. Better if you want to stay in a book without breakfast.

Small congested rooms with unhygienic washroom. We were not provided with wi-fi, glass for drinking water, when requested for water and glass in the morning, was said “abhi sb so rhea hai baad me i milega”. Unfriendly staff do not go for this rooms

Room was very dirty, there was dust all over the tables, bathroom was not clean, sofa was dirty, as we have asked for extra bedding they gave dirty blanket

I like to stay such hotel where i get homely environment. Food quality is excellent. Staffs are good. Another plus point that hotel allows early check in 2 hrs before which i need when i come dhanbad.

The hotel is in the prime location. Walking distance from main bank more. But they do not provide heater or blower when required in winter.
