Very very poor response, everything uses point in the bathroom was broken like as basin, nul point, toilet sour, not clean in bedroom and bathroom. The hotel manager has not provided the breakfast to me. Where as it is listed in the hotel prepaid bill. My breakfast charges should return to me. Drinking water has not provided to me on demand request.

Worst experience. They denied me room i booked and paid for. Kept me waiting for like 2 hours and then shifted to some other fishy hotel 1km away. That hotel had no power backup. Whole night without electricity. It was nightmare
