Hotel was good. Staff were good and well mannered. USP of this hotel is its location, located at peaceful place near to nature. Only issue I faced there was not power backup available other than that everything was good. The view from the window balcony was amazing. Lots of greenery surrounding the hotel. Very peaceful and amazing surroundings

I had a heart- warming and comfortable experience at the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very cooperative and helped us out with transport and everything else that we required. The staff behaviour was really polite. They were well- behaved and took care of our needs.

Location of the hotel is excellent and peaceful. This location is excellent if you enjoy greenery and is ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends. Hotel staff also very good and hotel owner also very friendly n helpful

The rooms were very dirty and the food in the restaurant was very dirty, i will never think of coming again to this hotel because it was not a service.

Newly constructed hotel with all facilities. Location is scenic, surrounded by ice covered mountains. Food was homely and taste was awesome. Staff was very co-operative. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in room 303. It gives the best view of mountains from the hotel. Hotel did not provide basic tea coffee amenities. Mineral packaged water was not complimentary. Finding the hotel is bit difficult through google maps. Hote staff behaviour was good. Room was good. Food costly. Bathroom was ok. Recommend it for staying when in dharamshala. It’s in village so you will feel the beauty of village life.

This is second time stay there and again its very wonderful n piece full. Very easy to reach n also have parking space all staff very good and food also tasty

Property is on a isolated place in Dharamshala. Food is good, staff helpful, It is a 4-5 km away from main market so u can't go here and there after reaching hotel after sight seen as u may be tired. Overall experience is good.

Manager and staff is very cooperative if u wnt to feel homely atmosphere this is the best place, near by tea garden added stars to that place. Food is hygienic and tasty. Room are clean and you can see clear show mountains views through balcony me and my family enjoyed allot, nice place to stay
