Hotel up-par city heart location was very good just near to nature. Rooms are excellent food is also good only one thing is say it is on the top that's why driving is little bit difficult

Food taste was good but no vegetables were available, prices are on higher Side. Small Hotel, comfortable stay, well behaved staff are the highlights. But room rent is on higher Side.

Staff needs to be professional and little more courteous towards guest. Room location did not allow ed watching the natures beauty sitting inside room. Overall average stay and not a value for money.

Hotel was good. Food was not very good. Breakfast needs to improve. There is also problem of light. When light goes, u cannot charge your mobile phone. That is a big problem. It was bit costly also. They need to reduce their price.

I chose this place for my family trip after seeing the MakeMyTrip assurance. Needless to say, I Am not disappointed and would rate the behaviour of the staff very friendly and helpful.

If we talk about the food, I guess I have had one of the best chilli chicken and achari mutton.
Every thing was excellent. Whatever we had asked them and helped us with the smile without making any bad faces.
Hotel staff was courteous. They were very helpful even they close their kitchen at 10.30 but thanks to mr kishan who provided us dinner at 11. Hotel owner was also very helpful. I will give them 5 out of 5.

Good location, poor service

Location is good, Service is poor as they have only one waiter in entire hotel. There are no any facility in this hotel and the maintenance is very poor. They don't feel responsible for any problem of the guest once you check in the room.

Rooms are neat and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Hotel is small and our experience is good. It is located very close to sunset point and Naddi view point, hardly 100 metres. Rooms has valley view.

It was great experience to stay in this hotel. Service was good. Food was tasty. Staff was very helpful. This hotel provides the basic facilities. Washrooms are neat and clean. 24hs hot water supply. Nice experience.

Location is away from crowd and peaceful. If weather permits one can view snow cladded hill from hotel. The rooms are good and clean with modern facilities. Toilets are clean and hot water available round the clock. The inside ambience of hotel is good. Some car parking space is available. Room service is quick. Staff are courteous and decent. The hotel beds and blankets are clean and good. But the food could have been cooked better. We took one day lunch, then used to take food outside.

Well managed. Very good service. Enjoyed a lot!

Very good location of the hotel. Hospitality was very good. Enjoyed with family. Room facilities was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. Management of the hotel is very good. Every time I would like to stay in this hotel, whenever I will be at Dharamshala.

This is a below average hotel situated in Naddi, hotel provides all the basic services but slight costly than other hotels in the neighborhood. Food quality is good, staff are good and helpful, you can consider this hotel but don't hope for too much and just hope for basics.

Everything was extraordinary during my visit. Resort was at the best possible location. Owner is gem of a person. I found a great human being in him. I would like to thank him for all the possible help from his side. Whoever is planning to visit Mcleod, go for it without giving a single thought.
