Great location and well trained professional staff. Good customer service hygienic rooms. One of the best hotels in mclodganj affordable and close to site seeing locations. The staff here is the best loved the hospitality. Very accommodating and kind.

poor management in the promises/untrained chefs and cooks without any knowledge of food stuff.Even though the booking was for balcony room but the duty manager was refusing and troubling for the booked room.

Cost was too high on the weekend, hotel was ok not woowwww and hotel is also on the top height of mcleodganj only heavy drivers can drive through these roads

We stayed in premium room. The room was having a beautiful view of dhauladhar range and scenic mclo city the staff was cooperative and prompt at service small room though but balcony view is too good don't take breakfast buffet. It's poor but taste of ordered food in room was too good

Premium room is too good. With best view. Breakfast buffet options are very less don't book your stay with breakfast but food is very tasty staff is good location is near market but little steep must try chilli chicken chilli paneer alloo chat masala tea hakka or garlic noodles i will definitely stay in same hotel next time but won't take breakfast option

The posh hotel location is excellent, at the centre of mcleodganj and proximity to all tourist points. Very near to dalai lama temple. Hotel was good, courteous and helpful staff. It was neat and clean and the hotel offered good view facing room themselves. Only point is they aren't placing kits like tcm, dental kits etc. Needs to be asked. Overall good

Accha view wala room deta hu deluxe room bolkar 1000 rs auro liya rat ko jab hum gay etab late ho gaya tha morning me dekha to view me staff room ka toilet tha heater ka paisa 300 rs a lag se liya vo bhi chal nahi raha tha hoppless hotel auro management hai
