Room, cleaning and all the other facilities were good! morning complimentary breakfast was amazing. The only disappointing fact is the restaurant located in the ground floor next to the swimming pool. Where 20rs spirit was billed for 70rs and 20rs water bottle even though the mrp price was displayed on the bottle itself they had charged for 50rs! where i felt little unfair! rest of other things was good

It's terrible stay. I don't have any options. Front desk is absolutely non professional. The guys chewing something and talking to us. Absolutely non higenic. Served very cold food. Ai approached then they served hot food. Tv was not working. Linens are dirty. No one picking the phone at the reception. Never stay again.

Old property with zero maintainence. Terrible food. Even the broken balcony glass planes at the restaurant level are not replaced. Zero safety for children. Terrible place to stay.

We checked in at 4pm. Bath room is not well maintained. Bed is hard. Room was smelly. On the whole it was not a good welcome. In the morning, there was no response from the reception or house keeping at 6am

Room size is good. No transportation facilities in remote area. Maintenance is low. Phones don’t work, keys and dining tables and other fixtures come off easily, could not switch off ac. Food in front of pool was excellent! breakfast buffet was good. There is scope for improvements. Internet booking turned out expensive!

I stayed at this resort with my family for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is located in a peaceful area but is well connected to other parts of the city. The facilities at the resort were good - especially the swimming pool and the toy cars which my kid enjoyed a lot. There was a small laen for strolling at night. The hotel staff were courteous. The rooms were spacious and clean. The views from the room were also very nice.

The stay has good shade to park the vehicles and the staff are all hospitable. As the room service and also outside food was allowed it made the stay convenient. The check in was delayed but check out process was smooth and they did not waste our time. Over all it was good experience.

My pictures will talk what i have to share esp the bathroom water clogging over 3 plus inches and the apathy of the staff to resolve it. The pillows had stains all over. Disgusting experience overall.
