Condition of room was very poor, paint is coming out of wall. Bedsheets were dirty. It is typical old room. I do not recommend anyone this hotel for stay.

In residency park hotel nice experience. Hotel tarrif is affordable. Hotel was good and hotel staff was polite. That hotel is one of the oldest hotel in dhule. Really amazing experience and thank u so much.

I found the property on maps, nothing is good except the location. Rooms were very old, unmaintained, no lift. Very rude staff. I did not recommend it.

Rph is one of the best known hotels in dhule, as it's located at ab road, it's very convenient for visitors

The hotel tarrif was less. The room which was given was in terrible condition. Dirty bedsheets. Blanket was stinking

Staff is experienced and helpful. Room service and food quality is good. Unfortunately lot of improvement needed. Basin washing water is coming back to your legs, non working night lamp and passage light, broken window glass, no mosquito net in windows, no control on cockroaches, non functioning tower bolts of windows, non availability of zee marathi channel, outdated old tv's etc.

Hotel is situated on the highway, hence, it's convenient to get down from the bus if you are travel-ling from mumbai/nashik. Food was tasty and available at reasonable rates. Rooms were clean and hygienic. The only problem was that there was no hot water available after it started raining.

Hotel is right at an road. When we went there it was a complete mess since it's also a marriage hall. Cleanliness is a issue. Staff was good
