The hotel is lack of many basic amenities like providing drinking water glasses in the room, katlee to boil water etc. As there is no provision of lift it is difficult to climb stairs for the elderly people like us. The restaurant and it's food is good.

It's a good experience in royal crown. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Not at all upto the mark. It's not a hotel, it's a lodge. It's an overpriced hotel. Won't recommend any one. Washroom was too bad.

The location of the property is quite convenient & easy to find. I'll mention that the hotel rooms will need a bit of renovation but they've a beautiful restaurant with great food & prompt service. The staff is very professional & courteous. I had a comfortable stay but just like i said if they can upgrade their rooms it'll be a perfect 5 star.
