The property itself is nice and warm. However the restaurant service is pathetic. Buffet doesn't get refilled on time, staff can't take simple request as "boiled vegetables" and order misplacement from room service.

Outstanding hotel with brilliant staff. Food quality is very good. Hotel is not very far from the new digha sea. Rooms are big, clean and well maintained.

It was a great experience. The hotel staff were polite. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Everything was so much fun.

The property is excellent with great food and amenities. The staff is polite and helpful. The quality of the food is very good but the price is a bit on the higher side. There is spa, jacuzzi and gym facility as well. The jacuzzi should be free and spa should be budget friendly. There are 2 swimming pools which are well maintained, though they are a bit rigid about the fabric of the costume. The only complaint is that they did not serve any welcome drink which was mentioned while booking on mmt.

Its a royal stay at antique regency for 2n, a marvelous experience for these days. Enjoyed a lot with my family, specially the staffs behaviour are so good and well mannered and the complementary breakfast is mandatory that is too good.

The hotel is located in a very isolated area, around 5-6 pm it becomes too dark and scary to step out. Once you reach the main road its okay. The property is good, room was clean and tidy. Staffs were very polite and professional. Breakfast buffet, room service, food quality and taste was excellent. Would be better if housekeeping staffs can recheck the toiletry items before placing it in the room. The toilet roll that was provided had fungus in it, when complained they immediately changed. Over all it was a good experience staying in this hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel ambience is amazing. It really looks like a 5 star hotel. But i had booked a super deluxe room but on the first night, i found a bed bug on my bed. Though the hotel team had immediately upgraded my room to a pool side view. The in-house restaurant was pretty good and the food tasted good as well. During check out, the process was very very slow and it took around 30 mins to finish the process. Though the property is amazing but i felt it was a bit unorganised. Please amp up the basic organizational structure and it will definitely be a gem.
