Good hotel service and maintenance need to improve

Hotel is good. Need more maintenance & cleanlyness. Reastaurent food taste was not good, need improvement. I got food court staff behavior is very good. Hotel rules may be more customer friendly. They did not allowed to access swimming pool on check out day.

Not recommended for families. Too noisy. The pool adds to the chaos. Good for bachelor's. Room service is ok.

Please banned alcohol in your hotel so families can come happily again.

I found the hotel on make my trip, it was a nice experience. Had a great time there. But there was some guys who aren’t disturbed me while having alcohol. I request you please banned alcohol and cigarettes. So families don’t hesitate to book your hotel again. By the way nice management.

The ambience of the hotel is very nice. The behavior of the staff and also secretary guards is very polite and courteous. Room service, food, housekeeping everything is good. Well maintained swimming pool, which is located inside the hotel and is covered with roof. 5-7 minutes walk to new digha sea beach and dheu sagar park. The hotel is next to the main road.

I stayed at hotel india for 2 days and faced water problem in my bathroom. I complained about this to the hotel reception but their behaviour was not friendly. But the behaviour of the staff there was very good. Swimming pool is very good. And i really liked the food at hotel india's restaurant.

I spared as it was one night. Bad sty.

Location good but i hv booked from make my trip. May be this is reason they give worst room to us. Room no 104. No room service. No wifi. Mosquitoes. Bad smell. . Very uncomfortable stay. Intercom facility was not there. Food taste bad.

1. Rooms are dirty. 2. Cockroach found every corner. 3. Door lock was broken 4. Privacy point of view rooms are not safe. 5. 5th floor toilet water pressure is too low 6. Heath faucet was not working 7. Sower head was not working. 8. Bed cover was dirty. 9. After repeated compain no one came to resolve these issues. Overall stay was horrible.

Staying is very good, behaviour of the staff is excellent 👍.I enjoyed it very much.But the thing that I don't like is the balcony.

The hotel stuff was good. Restaurant is very good. Foods are tasty and price are reasonable. Only negative is, the size of rooms. Rooms are not so big. But not small also.

Overall hotel facilities are very good. But they need to make providing mineral water complimentary at room. They only provided complimentary 2 bottles of water (500 ml each) per room for whole duration of 2 nights stay. After that we had to buy it from restaurant. Complimentary mineral water is expected from a 3 star hotel.

Great experience with great ambience. Super control by the staff in the pool section and the services are really commendable. I would surely like to recommend the stay in hotel india to others and also would like to re visit in future
