Average hotel, stay very expensive. Facilities provided by hotel is not good enough in this budget

Location - excellent without any doubt food - good but needs further improvement in quality amenities - no swimming pool was a negative, bathroom was not spacious and floor water was not draining properly creating an unhygienic environment (room no. - 102) services - new year eve's party was boring (dj was amateur, food services started very late which forced me to had my child skip dinner(party was scheduled to start at 8pm but dinner was ready at 11 pm. Disappointed here, no fresh juice was available, only alcoholic drinks and some canned juice, very less variety with vegetarian items(i am completely vegetarian, room dining service was good but when i looked out for doctor on call i didn't get support. Overall average stay experience but would request management to focus on the above feedback if possible to address the concern for a smoother long run.

Food was awful, just don’t eat there chowmein and fish item. It was just waste of money, go out and have. And their staff frequently calling for check out and while checking we waited for longer time

Awesome ambience, superb hospitality, neat & cleanness up to mark, just beside of digha railway station, boundary sharing each other, new digha beach just 500mtr walking away. But in house restaurant is little bit costly. It has own children park and they have some collection of birds, ducks etc. I booked from make my trip app. All rooms are executive suit type almost.

Small washroom, old fashioned non smart broken tv, food is very expensive. You have to pay almost 50 rupees for a water bottle food is worst in taste and no outside food is allowed. Better not to stay here. Few staff are very rude in behaviour however few are good. Worst food taste and quality that too expensive food. Publish it. Or you are biased

A good and pleasant stay. This is the 5th stay of mine and i loved their hospitality, rooms cleanliness, their in-room food service was also good. Someone must try their daab chingri, and chooza makhani at-least once.

We checked in on thursday the room allocated was decent not that good as few accessories was not working as it should be, we had visited the hotel restaurant a couple of times while our stay at hotel it was good the staff behaviour as well as the food quality really impressed us, overall our experience was quite good.

You can enter the hotel directly from the railway station, rooms are 4/5 in all aspect, food is good too but bit overpriced. Staffs are polite and friendly. Beach is i guess 500-600m max. So overall a great experience.

Hotel is at digha railway station u need take few step to reach hotel from station. Staff is very polite and well train. Hote room is neat and clean parking space is big. Play ground for children. Few minutes far from digha beach it take 5 to 10 minute from hotel to reach beach by walk and by tut o 2 minutes.
