Great location, just a few minutes walking distance from the beach. Sea view from the balcony. Clean and well decorated. The rooms are well maintained. Overall very good experience.

Terrible experience, hotel staff rude. Rooms are moderately clean, food quality below average. It was a mistake to book here. Customer service is absolutely zero.

Very nice and wonderful ambience the best part is no unmarriedncouple and stack entry which making this place very suitable for kids and elders in family food was awsome only concerns are swimming pool is small little bit and biryani was not upto the mark terrace view was awsm breathtaking

Hotel front desk or other staff's are not polite, they teach every guest at what time you will check out ie 9. 30am sharp

Hotel is very good. Very good room service. Restaurant is neat and clean with palatable food. Kids zone is amazing. Swimming pool is also very good. Roof top waiting area gives a mind blowing view of the sea.

Services are good but staff behaviour is poor. All facilities are available. Allover are goods. Property is nearby new digha beach 2-3 minutes. All over now money is here to stay in this hotel new gitanjali.

Though the location was as per our choice, but we had a pathetic experience. We detected bed bugs on the bed! that was totally unacceptable. Also they denied to provide complementary water bottles on the day of check out. Really was expecting more when we chose such a high rated hotel paying a premium price.

I recently stayed at hotel new gitanjali and had a rather disappointing experience. We arrived for check-in at 1 pm, but our rooms (216 and 217) were not ready. Both rooms were in very poor condition; the door closers were broken, and the rooms, including the bathrooms, were very small. We were traveling with two small children, and despite our needs, there was no hot water available as the geyser was not working. For the price we paid, the service was severely lacking. On a positive note, the food quality was good, although quite expensive. The complementary breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, the poor condition of the rooms and lack of basic amenities like hot water made for an unsatisfactory stay.

I had booked 2 ebony rooms which were spacious. Bathroom was quite big surprisingly. The rooms were clean and all the appliances were in good condition. We enjoyed the food. Each and every item we ordered tasted good and quantity was satisfactory too. It's worth it's price.

New gitanjali hotel review

The only problem i faced that hotel staff at night shift and hotel manager not having proper courtesy to deal with customers. We have booked a room with 3 occupancy with 1 double bed and one extra bed which was mentioned at the time of booking. But at night 11pm when we asked for extra bed hotel has given us a mattress and asked to put it on floor. I was extremely shocked to see this. How can a 3 star hotel asked customer to lie on floor on a mattress when they have charged rs. 1000 for any extra occupancy. I requested them to arrange a cot atleast spoke to hotel manager as well but no help. Most surprising thing is they do not have any bed facility whereas mentioned in their hotel brouchere about bed only. To them bed and mattress are same, so funny. I was extremely disappointed and request to specify at the time of booking so that customers like us can go for a better option. Other facilities are at par with 3 star category.
