The location is very good and the staff behaviours are so decent. The hotel rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you need in a room. Foods are very affordable and delicious. Room service is very fast.

Neat and clean rooms, attentive and courteous staffs, prompt service, tasty food in the restaurant, pristine swimming pool, prominent location, easy connectivity and many more. We are more than happy. Among negative points, loud music in party and pool area till midnight, no sea view as it is 7/10 minutes walk from the beach. Prosenjit and goutam in the restaurant was always ready to help.

I was there for two days the first day dinner was fairly good. Next morning the breakfast food was very good. But it was overpriced. The lunch was very poor and overpriced. I am very sorry for that.

Very good hotel with good staff. All the staffs are very helpful & properly dressed. In one sentence well maintained. Morning buffet breakfast is very good but bengali food taste need to improve. Otherwise all good. Now coming to room. Room was clean with all the modern facilities. Our stay was very satisfying.

My parents had stayed here for a night. They wanted to continue the next day but they denied saying we already have a booking and if you want to stay- you have to take a premium room for a higher price of 6000. This kind of hospitality to senior citizens was very unfortunate. My elderly parents had to leave and find accommodation in another place for the night. Not a good reception that we received.
