They stay was really good as well as staffs. They are really friendly and helpful. One thing i disliked is the lunch food i ordered, fish fries tasted like coconut oil but the dinner i ordered it was delicious, even breakfast items were tasty

Comfortable stay. Property is very nice and clean. Rooms are simple and nice. Service and staff behaviour is good. Food is also good. Washrooms need more cleaning.

1. Amenities & service - terrible (below average, really expected way better! especially bed-sheets were stained, the shampoo & hand-wash was de-coloured as it wasn't emptied and refilled. 2. Location: good 3. Food (complementary breakfast) : good.

All staff were good apart from a person looking after the swimming pool. Pool was clean and blue. Food is super expensive

The rooms are clean and spacious. Good amenities. The swimming pool was clean. The staff are well behaved. The food was expensive on the menu but i didn't try. Overall a very good hotel to spend time.

Well first of all it seems like food was costly but it's worth it according to taste and quantity. Love the food outside view was good. Just one thing make sure all the equipment in the room is working before guest checked in. Overall had a good experience with my kid and wife.

The room was of average quality, the walls were dirty. The food quality was not up to the mark. They served the wrong food and kept on insisting they were correct, the corridor smelled bad.

Hotel and the room was good but there was some problems we had face. 1. The wifi was not working even if they gave us the router still it was not connecting. 2. The mattress was too hard, not comfortable. 3. There was a water leakage in the pipe of the basin in washroom, and also water logging was there. 4. The food prices were too high. 5. But the behaviour of the staffs and the food quality and taste was very good.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Reginta. Firstly, despite advertising that parking was available, there was none, which caused significant inconvenience and stress upon arrival. The check-in process was another major issue. Even though the official check-in time is 12 PM, I was only given my room at 1:30 PM. No apologies or explanations were provided for this delay, which was very frustrating after a long journey. To make matters worse, the staff behavior was incredibly rude. They were unhelpful and dismissive when I raised concerns about the delayed check-in and the lack of parking. Their poor attitude made the entire experience even more unpleasant. Overall, my stay at Hotel Reginta was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the lack of parking, delayed check-in, and unprofessional staff. Look elsewhere for better service and accommodations.
