Worst stay ever. Ac was completely non-functional even in a premium room. Washroom is dirty. Room quality and amenities are not at all upto the rates they charge for a premium room.

Poor Stay

Check out process is very bad. I have paid the restaurant bills and checked out. After that they have called me and tell that i have payment due. If i have some payment due how they have permitted me for checking out. Do they have any communications between reception and restaurant or not? this is very much embarrassing. I am a geneuine tourist not an fraud. They did not check their own reception for if any payment due or not, thay called me and tell that i have payment due. After checking from their end they told that its ok. All payment was settled. They must have to check from their end at first.

Good Stay

Hotel was good but not worthy as per the price of the rooms they charge. During check-in, the housekeeping staff did not give us the necessary intro, and only upon asking, they gave the wifi password and other info related to where to find the menu card, what numbers to dial for what services, etc. The walls of the rooms were stained, water splashes out of the commode upon flushing. Whenever we placed an order through room service, they delivered missing items, but would have it added to the bill. Even though we placed an ordered much earlier, and asked to deliver at a particular time (1-1. 5hrs later, they would be further late and we had to follow up 2-3times after the time they had committed to get our order another 30mins later.

Nice hotel. Rooms are very beautiful and well mentioned. But bed was not so much good. Mattress was too sponge. Otherwise good. Bathroom was clean. Hotel atmosphere was nice. Pool is clean. They have own parking. Location was good. 5-6min walking distance from new digha sea beach. They have beautiful garden. They have beautiful children park. Restaurant food was good but that not much good. It's family hotel. You can stay with family.

Short stay at digha

The worst resort ever i had went. Staff are terrible in behaviour and manager is the worst. If you are going to this resort then please get this point that you are in hostle they have timing for pool which is 7 pm. the staff and manager will never go to this place ever. And even room had ants and insects if you call them they will ignore these things once you check in its better to sleep in the car then this resort

Property location is too far from sea, food quality is too good and tasty they provide the food with maintain the hygiene factors. Mainly problem is at swimming pool
