Their food quality is not that good and they also charge a bit more than that, everything is fine. You can eat at hifi restaurant elsewhere for a lower price than this.

The hotel near sbstc bus depot and new digha beach offers a great location with a five-minute walk to the beach. Our well-lit, spacious classic category double bed ac room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with constant water supply, though only a single soap was provided. Staff behavior and room service were good, but the restaurant was average and overpriced. A notable inconvenience was the unmonitored lift, requiring us to use the stairs when it was improperly closed. Overall, it's a decent stay with room for improvement in amenities and dining.

Room is very good with ac, hot water, room service. About 400 mtr from new digha sea beach. Hotel food is good with reasonable price. Hotel staff behavior is good.

The location of the hotel was good, but the rooms were small. The staffs were arrogant, when asked for anything, they just refused.

Dirty pillow and bed covered, dirty balcony, no wi-fi facility was there, bathroom lock was not fixing properly, at initial ac facility was given (later did after informing reception, charging points are either broken or u/s switchs.

Please find the pros and cons of our stay for 2n in sep 1. 5-10 mins from new digha sea beach, sbstc bus stand and restaurants. 2. Nice and cozy hotel for a couple 3. Food in the associated restaurant was good. 4. Nice and comfortable stay cons 1. The washroom was a bit smelly after a long outing from the hotel 2. The prices of the food and water were charged a bit extra considering the outside charges overall nice stay and will recommend again.

Good hotel for mid range

Booked an ac deluxe room for two days. It is suitable for family as well as couples. Hotel staffs are supportive and respond quickly. Every day they clean and change the bedsheets, that was a good thing in a mid range hotel. You can reach new digha beach by just walking 5 mins.

Staff behaviour not so good deny to provide the food after 11am for breakfast purpose & come in very early morning for room service we are sleep on then but they coming ask for coming later but they are not behave good

Other than 3-4 generic items, they don't have anything available in the food menu. In indian non veg main dish they will have only chicken curry and 2 fish items. Rice variations aren't available, only steamed rice and chicken fried rice/mixed fried rice. Food taste was also below the par. Safety is a major concern here. I went there with my wife, at midnight someone rang the calling bell, we opened and found there was an aged person trying to barge in, the smell of alcohol was all there. He misread the room number and tried to do the above mentioned activity. We complained regarding that the next day but no steps were taken by the hotel authority. Bathroom geysers and flushes weren't working.

Location is ok, though a little away from sea beach. Food quality and price is good. As i did through make my trip, and advance payment was done, room given was not front facing and a small one. Tv not working. Though service was good.

They provided slippers for bathrooms. Daily cleaning. Very polite stuff. Super in house restaurant. Our check in was smooth and hassle free. The location is also wonderful if your primary agenda is to sea bathing. All out, intercom, ac tv and the lights, all worked fine. The battery of the remote was changed with aplomb, the lift worked well and the rooms were pretty good.
