Rooms are pretty big and good. Bathroom is okay. Room service is good. Food price okay but not upto mark. Complimentary bf has no option other than puri sabji/bread butter. Also denied omlette. Worst bf complimentary service ever had. Also no repeat only one time. Had abad experience about security and manager regarding bringing balance food which my son couldn't finish in outside restaurant. After repeatedly requesting they did t allowed us to enter with the food. We again have to return back and finish the food hastily. Not liked at all the excuse for not entering hotel food. Swimming pool is okay. Hotel. Location is excellent. Room ambience is also excellent.

Nearby to sea beach facilities are ok, room decoration is fine, no complementary water served, no dental kit, food (restaurant hensel ghar) is awesome but thali was not incorporated in menu card, breakfast is limited

Location is perfect. Beach can see from room. Food, amenities, services, hotel staff, room, etc. All was also good.

It was totally value for money. Rooms are spacious with all facilities in good conditions. Blankets have white covers. Having swimming pool for extra fun. Staff are good. Food is also good but you can find various food option nearby also.

Room was quite spacious & beautiful. Service was good. Swimming pool was clean & cossy. The ambiance was beautiful. Food quality average. Overall experience was good wanna book again next time.

Rooms are quite good but the toilet is not up to the mark. Lack of cleaning was quite evident in the toilet. Staff behaviour was cold and not at all welcoming. Staff at the reception was almost like a robot and tourists would not like to come again if they get such a cold reception at the mid - premium hotel. Food prices are way above expensive.

Though the location of the hotel is awesome and interiors are good but the service was awful. The staff are not experienced. I asked them for water and even after an hour they didn't provided at last I have to go again to the reception and ask for water. The food taste good but really overpriced. You can get that taste in much cheaper price from other nearby restaurants. Never opt for the complimentary breakfast as they have only 4 pooris and ghugni or bread omlettee as the option.

Hotel rooms smell lot and really nobody there to help you even with a glass of water. Even when we reached the hotel, they are surprised. It took hell lot of time for them to find out if the room is really booked or not. They keep us waiting. Honestly not recommended.

Room was too clean, mattresses and other items were clean enough, room was little bit small but overall good for a family, but missing the sea view from almost all the rooms, food was great but high price as compared to the other hotels in that area. 2 minutes from beach 5 minutes from market, 7-8 minutes from Digha flag station and bus stand. Overall had a memorable stay at the Piku's

Room OK. Staff behaviour excellent. Food is very costly & more improvement food. I am stay non AC room but no balcony sea beach 2 mins walking distance. Value for money. Location is excellent, room cleanliness.

Great stay and good service. The location was perfect, hardly 5 min walking distance to the beach ... The restaurant was really good .. The hotel staff are also very helpful .. Hotel rooms and bathrooms are all clean.

Room was clean and service was good .. I like the service and hotel location .. Bathroom also good. Good to stay. I like it. Parking place was short. That was only one issue. Other wise every thing is good And lovely

Room location is great ... Room service is good ... Food is on the costlier side compared to the taste, quality & quantity. Nowadays New Digha has itself becomes very costly compared to what it was a year back. Overall I am happy with the stay and would definitely like to visit here again. Some cons are always there but they are overridden with the pros amenities.

Value for money. Room is very clean. Room service very fast. Hotel net & clean. Food Quality is too much Good. A wonderful stay. But one issue they have no balcony in this room. Every thing is Good.

Its my second visit here, nice location and good service. Food quality is very good but a bit expensive. Relaxed a lot and have too much fun. Whenever will visit Digha will prefer to stay here. Very close to the beach. Excellent and enjoyed a lot. Will visit again.

Pikus is an excellent choice as far as location is concerned. Only 1 minute walk to the beach. However the bathroom fittings are in dire need of replacement. Ensure to carry cash as they don’t accept card payment.
