Affordable accommodation at bankura

Good, clean place with affordable price, located in a good locality. 20 minutes from railway station. Best part was the restaurant. Food was fantastic with reasonable price.

The breakfast timing could be a little hassle although don't listen to me, i'm just lazy. It was a pleasant stay but the sound of the cars was the only disadvantage.

I stayed at non ac room for two nights. The room was specious & clean, but the room was not sound proof as it was front of the main road & always roadside vehicle sound present. The tv was not working properly & they do not clean room until you inform them to clean it.

Acacia hotel is in dimapur, the hub of nagaland. I stayed there for the famous horn-bill festival as kohima as limited hotels. The hotel was clean, well located but more professional staff were required as the service was slow. Otherwise rooms are good and have attached baths and also some large family suites. Rates are on the higher side, maybe because of the festival.

I booked a double bed room but got twin bed room. I asked the receptionist to provide me with double bed but she replied that no rooms were available, if that is the case they shouldn’t have accepted the bookings at the first place. And addition to that no towels were provided, bed and bedsheets were of minimum qualitiy. No shampoo or toothpaste provided.

the location of the hotel acacia is excellent....about 200 meters only from dimapur railway station and also at a very crucial point of the city. the rooms are spacious, clean and we'll maintained. the staff is very helpful and courteous. food is also tasty although i'll request the hotel to keep more options in the complimentary breakfast platter. overall, much recommend for business as well as family stay.

The hotel has very friendly and helful staff. The room service could however be improved to include a electric water heater to prepare tea/coffee and a small amout of ingredients to prepare the same. The toiletries could also be enhanced to include shampoo shachet and other miscellenous items. Otherwise a good location-never mind th e sound of trains throughout the night
