I checked in late night and was worried if room service would be available at that odd hour but, i am very thankful that the person at the counter took the trouble to order food for me from outside. Room was spacious, clean, and well organised. Moreover the price was cheap and the location is good for any travellers by train. I am very impressed. Would recommend anyone looking for good room at the reasonable price.

Hotel is clean and in busy area. Housekeeping section is good. Their in-house restaurant serves tasty food and affordable. Only drawback is their internet. Not recommended for business. Hope they change the internet provider.

The moment i stepped in, i was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was always eager to assist.

One of the best in dimapur city because i have stayed in several occasions and everything is just in an around the corner like shopping malls and offices so just go and enjoy yourself.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The room are very clean and food quality is also good. Room with different prices are available. The staff are very well behaved.

Good hotel in dimapur. I always stay here. However they need to improve food quality. During my last stay tv was not working. Otherwise good hotel in the heart of the city

The stay was okay, but the room did not have a cupboard and it was very small. The curtains didn't fully open. Dinner options were limited. But otherwise the stay and teh staff were very welcoming and helpful

Hotel is very good and clean. Except front office staff while checking out fought with me because of being delay. Wherein i had informed him that i have an interview give me 20 mins. After informing him he sent 2 his staff within 15mins and called many time while my interview was going on. I had to pick the phone and keep it aside. And while checking out he said i have not done right thing and was rude. We both argued. Yes i was late but he cannot be rude after informing. I checked out 50mins late.

Stayed at hotel grand lotus for 4 days and really enjoyed the stay here. Location of the hotel and the food were good. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall had a great time here and it was worth staying here.

This is a good hotel at the centre of dimapur very well connected for the corporate employees. Big rooms and food is also good.
