Room was ok but pathetic washroom and towels, matress. Unclean towels, exhaust fan not working and leaking shower head. Definitely not 4 star property. Can be a 2 star property.

It is a good hotel for a night stay and is safe for family. It’s in good locality surrounding by lots of shops/cafe/restaurants. It has ample parking and a attached restaurant. Room was clean and no smoking allowed in room. One problem we faced was that the shower area drainage was not working fine. Food at the restaurant is fine not great abed not bad either.

If was nice stay at hotel grandee vivera. Staff were also good and polite in terms of service. We stayed for 1 day. Really to was good experience and service by gayatri staff hotel.

The rooms where quick to check-in. The staff was kind and sweet all through. The room service was prompt. The must try is their authentic biryani and kari dosa. The bed spread and pillow covers can be improved or else it was neat enough. Washrooms had toiletries and clean towels. Very spacious rooms and good climate control. In room mini bar is cheaper than most 3 star hotels

Overall the stay was good. Liked the location but parking can be improved. The room was excellent. Neat and hygiene. Kids liked the swimming pool area and the gym. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and the service provided by the staffs too. Cons: i booked for 2a, 11year and 8 year old kids. After booking i called and confirmed that separate bed will be provided for 11 year-old but that was not given.

Vivera hotel was very nice and kindly loved. This bed great sleep, beautiful shape. The complimentary swim-up breakfast is fantastic.

Hotel is good beat to stay in dindigul well maintained. Breakfast also good. Restaurant and bar is in hotel 2nd floor swimming pool is available is on rooftop.

No hot water service during silent hour

The hotel claims to have 24/7 hot water service. But to our embarassment we found no hot water in the early morning around 4am. We had no time to wait and so took a cold shower. All these hotels with solar heater systems fail to keep their air heaters on or in automatic mode just to save some electricity. They could have at least forewarned us. Very useless experience.

Room is ok. The toilets can be upgraded as all the fittings and closet looking corroded. Even bed linen and towels are looking very old.

The hotel looks good from outside. The room was poorly maintained, with water seeping in on the floor, the bed linen stained and damaged. The bathroom has no towel stand or even a hook to hang towels or clothes. There was no evidence of the toilet/seats having been sanitised, it was stained.
