Reception and food was good but other things needs a much needed change be it amenities laundry service staffs interior of the rooms

Wifi not working since last 7 days as per staff, very high price as per property location and maintenance

No hot water, tv didn't work and room had big paddle on bathroom floor, kettle didn't work customer service was shocking called reception 6 time was told someone will be with you on 5 mins after 1 and half hr later someone turned up and turned the tap on for 10 mins and then we go call on reception saying boiler is out of hot water. They said some one will bring hot water so our small daughter can have wash waited until 1am nothing. When checked out we mentioned the problem we had we just got a smile like it was compliment.

Overall the experience was good. Even though there are lot of things on which the resort need to work on.

Hotel is located very close to the airport, which is convenient. The place is clean, the staff is welcoming, the room was very comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool is of a decent length and permits one to have a good workout. The food served was fresh and well presented. An early breakfast was served to facilitate early departure.

Overall the hotel is good and is under renovation but the housekeeping work can be done in a better way. Found food items (puffed rice) scattered in the room and bed when we checked in. Also the bathroom fittings had issues. The front office and restaurant staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast menu was good. Had a good stay overall.

There’s no wi-fi, the spa staff wasn’t great, and the swimming pool had an unpleasant smell. Everything else was fine, and the room service was satisfactory as well.

The reception person at the time of check in is pathetic. He had no sense of talking and how to greet guests who are coming from very far. I don't know the name but he is totally foolish to work over there.

This place was rated high but was not a clean rooms at all not even a 3 star. Employees are unfriendly and want to bill extra for water bottle, an half hr extra in check out time cost me 3000 rupee more, and their rooms have bugs, towel smell so bad and no elevator. This place was empty and their restaurant food had no taste. I would never visit here or recommend anyone else to go here

Really bad Service, the orders that we did won’t arrive on time, food was also so Costly and yet not satisfactory, we had to suffer through too many things because we were not able to attend our Really important meetings Because there was no Wi-Fi service and there’s no other Network Service available to connect through, all the services said in the hotel description were also not provided fully, the Gym equipment were also broken and even the game area was also shit as everything was broken, even if wanted an extra bed we had to pay extra charges and the management said that THEY(THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT) IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF THIRD PARTY PRE BOOKING SERVICE SO WE REALLY SUGGEST EVERYONE, WHOEVER WANT TO HAVE A NICE STAY IN DIU THEN PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR STAY HERE IN AZZARO RESORT AND SPA.

It was good relaxing time spent, resort is well maintained with good amenities such as big swimming pool, garden and well maintained rooms with pool side balconies. Loved the ambiance.
