Hot water was not available, pool was unusable due to chemical but alternate pool in a nearby resort was arranged the beds were comfortable the comode had stains on it

I recently stayed at Kohinoor Hotel in Diu and found the experience to be a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The property itself has a decent ambiance, and the exterior gives off a good impression. The rooms were spacious but could have been cleaner and better maintained. Some furnishings appeared dated, and there was a noticeable delay in room service. The amenities, like the pool, were functional but could use better upkeep. The staff were polite but seemed understaffed during peak hours, which affected the promptness of service. The food in the restaurant was average—neither exceptional nor disappointing. However, the breakfast buffet lacked variety. Overall, Kohinoor Hotel is suitable for a short stay, but there’s definite room for improvement in cleanliness, service, and attention to detail. House keeping not at all good, room are not neat and clean. Restaurant was good, staff was cooperative overall : stay was not good, washroom not hygiene.

It was very good experience in hotel kohinoor. All service was provided on time with quality. Swimming pool quality also good and enough spacious. Food was awesome, price is also ok with quantity. Location is best at middle of nagwa bich and fort road.

Worst service. Don't even provide basic day to day necessary things. Even charge extra money for drinking water. Though rooms interior is nicee

No room was cleaned no wifi was running and no air conditioner was working called make my trip take 2 hours to change the room spoiled the trip please guy z check room before doing entry

Rooms were not that good, lock handles of some rooms were not working properly, the balcony door did not have lock on it

Poor service, not upto the expectation. Rooms are not clean, staff not responsive. Food quality is okay. Bad experience. Avoid it.

Not satisfied with hygiene and cleanliness. Swimming pool is under maintenance, not provided basic toiletries and napkins. Not a 3 star hotel experience. It's just some locally, not maintaining property.

terrible experience per night... i got smelly room, no fridge in room (what is meaning of going diu then when you can't provide fridge in room), no whiskey glasses available in hotel (provided normal water glass to drink), no ac or fan working at reception area. you should die in humid... pathetic experience. plz book the grand highness hotel rather then this. i would not pay more then per night for this hotel...

Location was good, but staff service was not sufficient to handle the guest. Also rooms were not up to date, paint were falling. Bar service was not available.

It was very pleasant experience. The staff was nice. They would come on your first call. Food was also fresh. Swimming pool was very well maintained and also the property. The rooms were very good and nicely furnished. They will help you with anything you need. The location is also near to all the good places to visit. It will take 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel to visit. Just one feedback that there should be shade at parking rest all was up to mark.
