Excellent location. Very helpful and well mannered staff. They made my stay very comfortable. The beach is right across the road just a stroll away. Highly recommend. View from balcony

Food was ok! average rooms as compared to the price! they were charging 80 rs for the glass which got accidentally broken by my kid. I have to talk to the gm to waive that off. If we are paying 6500 food bill and 20000 for the room thats very cheap if they charge 80rs for the glass.

Room was not clean, it has ants and fly. Room lacks in basic amenities. Hotel is situated at good location on nagaba beach.

Hotel is right on the beach. Fun place to soak in waves, and rush to hotel for a shower. Clean rooms and good food.

Bakwas. Resort sirf hotel ka naam hai. Resort nahi hai. Beach bhi hotel room se dikhta nahi hai. Hame yah hotel pasand nahi aya.

Location: pretty good, walking distance from nagoa beach. Amenities: poor. Cleanliness and hygiene: poor food: taste is was not good.

The premisis is good at a very good location, however it's not maintained properly. I found the sheets and comforter smelly and dirty. There was a hole in the comforter. The toiletries comprise 2 small medimix soaps that can produce any foam and two rs. 1 shampoo sachets. They don't even provide toothpaste unless asked for it. For what they charge you for a weekend stay, it's too disappointing.

Rooms are not value for money

Rooms are not good as other hotels. It's quite old design hotel rooms. Other hotels give kettle, body wash and others facilities while no facilities available in this hotel. Soup was given of medimix and shampoo of clinic plus what a joke, people expect more as they pay. So not value for money. Book radhika or fern nearby they are quite good compared to this.
