I had stay for one night on 15th november 2024. Rooms are not at all cleaned even after making complaints. Bed linen and blankets are literally stinking. Towels are not cleaned for ages. I will not prefer to stay here even if i am offered rooms free of cost. Worthless lodge. It's no way a resort.

Overpriced stay

Beach is far from the resort. Room was basic it is overpriced. Wash basin should be in the washroom. Food was below average and overpriced. Service provided was good staff was very helpful.

Horrible vacation at deviagar

Horrible. None of things were good. No cleaning. Bathroom was always wet due to water leakage from, shower, tab spray etc. Food choices were limited and quality was not upto the mark.

With respect to price it is not that much worth. Veg food was good. Nonveg was average. Stay was for two days but they have not cleaned the room on second day. That was bit unhappy.

The hotel was not value for money. I expected it to be a 3 star hotel. But found it 1. 5 star for room quality. Washroom. Etc the food was tasty but the service was pathetic. I feel i paid at-least double the price of the quality and service i received.

The room was filthy, the washroom was too dirty to use. I recommend not staying worthy at all.

Rooms are not as it look like in photos it is very small, also the blankets are not enough for two people, ac remote is jot workable, shower glossary is not provided.

Property is little bit away from main area, few important thing inside room are not available for example cupboard is not there in room, tap was faulty (water was flowing through out the day), bathroom parts are broken, towel hanger is hitting to your head while entering in the bathroom food served in the hotel was not fresh ( was freezed) test was not good. Staff is very lazy. Parkin place is inside hotel premises but no parking attendent to control it.

Our stay at mudra beach resort was very comfortable. The owner and the staff is very co-operative. Had a peaceful and wonderful holiday.

Bad staff service/behaviour/amenities

Washroom hangers were broken, ac was broken, as there is frequent electricity switching ac does not work because their power backup is not strong and ac was unable to take load due to which it is super humid in rooms. When i questioned them, the hotel said we will give you 300rs off. When i raised for refund hotel denied the refund. Their staff is not cooperative. You need to know my honest feedback- they do not have wifi services the router placed is so small that i can keep in pocket, hence, it does not provide internet (wifi is utmost required bcoz mobile network does not work. Power back is you will regret paying for ac rooms with having non ac rooms and no refunds, pols plan accordingly.

Very good budget resort. Near to beach. Staff is courteous. Room sizes are small but ok for a couple.

Property location is good outdoor housekeeping is also good but considering cost room furniture like wardrobe, table is not available. We expect some amenities if paying more tha 3. 5k

Nice hotel to stay near to beach. Though food menu has less option, fish lover can enjoy. Rooms are clean and a closet could have added some pros point. Hotel staffs are cooperative and available around the clock. Ample parking space available. Rooms are little expensive but it’s ok as it will save fuel as beach is just 150m distance.

Rooms were dirty and average, breakfast was not at all good, not enough space for the parking. No room service, u have to walk to the reception every-time when u need anything.
