It was nice stay here. Extended our stay for 2 more nights. Best in its class. Getting renovated completely. Good food, beach is easily accessible from village road us 1 km from hotel. Location is easy to find. Gated parking available owner is a kind person

Best ever experience we have they are getting renovated. Found budget friendly comparing to amenities and prices of other hotels in diveagar. Staff is cooperative. Food options available in premises.

Terrible experience. The property was under maintenance work. Rooms not hygienic. The windows were not closing completely.

Just to say budget friendly stay option in diveagar. They have variety of food options available like kokan maharashtrian chinese starters and northindian. There's renovation going on that just bothered us a little but it was previously mentioned before booking. It's safe for couples and families here.

Location is a bit far from the beach. 15-20 min walk to the beach. Room is nice and clean but the food is bad. The pomfret fish was stale. Food is overpriced. I would suggest to have food outside restaurant not in this hotel. Room service was good. Anyone looking for budget stay, can choose this.

Searched online number of hotel for Diveagar and found this as the most budget friendly with Swimming pool and indoor games. All other hotel options found priced heavily. No fancy but like what you pay that you get. Staff is nice and cooperative. Food is good one with great service. Beach is At Walking Distance. Ample Parking space they have there own Parking spaces. Owner is a kind person with helping nature. What else you expect for a short trip of couple of Nights.

The property is average overall. Pool doesn't seem to be clean for the kids specially. Food quality extremely average in the restaurant. Hygiene and cleanliness should be priortized.

I am surprised that mm t suggested this property, first please remove this property from mm t otherwise we will lose trust in your group. Cleaness zero. Cockroaches and ants are roaming in the house like they have booked this room. When my mother explained all the problems to the owner, he accepted and requested her to keep quiet otherwise wise, he will loose new bookings. Finally we checked out early.

This is a value for money budget hotel. Comparing to the rates of other hotel which having no aminties. Charges of home stays even found more than this. They have swimming pool ( its small though works fine to beat the heat ) with fountains around. There's a game hall with table games. There's a garden full of greenery. Sevice is nice here. Specially to mention they have great food with lot of options. Rooms are of big size. Area of improvement is wardrobes in the room.

Rooms are clean and good all things working fine. Specially AC as these were very hot days. For beach there are different routes for ask them for the shortest route its just 10 to 12 mins max by walk. facilities indoor table games like Foosball, air Hockey, Caram, Table Tennis are definitely a good part here to have nice time spent when come from sightseeing. All staff is good here. Coming to food here is excellent they have wide spread like Chinese, Panjabi and theee best fish thalis with local preparation chef is well trained for local cuisine. You can get Authentic Ukadiche मोदक prepared by local ladies working in the kitchen. We as foodie tried almost all Dishes they made this as per our order as it was a weekday. There's a Nice Lushhhh green Garden with coconut and beetlenut trees. It was cool in day time aswell as they puts on water sprinklers spread in the garden. A small but nice pool is there. We really had a great stay here and within the budget as compared to other hotel in Diveagar with Swimming pool.

It was pleasure experience. All staff good and attentive. Dinning area spread-ed in a lush green garden with cooling water sprinklers cools the area in this hot climate nowadays. Good food is a + point. With variety in the food like maharashtrian, punjabi and chinese this makes it unique specially in konkan area. Food available any time through out the day as kitchen is open to serve from morning till night. Beach you can walk by 10 mins. One can access beach by car also just 5 mins. Don't expect luxury its like value for money. The pool is small but enjoyable as there are sprinklers all around pool also. Overall in this hot climate nowadays prathamesh is the best option we found in all over diveagar as compared to pricing.

The property has a nice concept but seems not to be maintained to its fullest. There was no provision for hot water and the room was shady and damp. It had a broken door and patched up wardrobe. There was a small garden with a squarish pool but it was not well lit to be able to enjoy the ambience.

Worst experience, non hygiene, restaurant taking to much time for food delivery. Hot water issue. Fan was not working properly. Total waste of money
