Too bad. Service is too bad. Service was pathetic. Staff was not trained at all. Owner was too harsh & was using bad language

A quick stay overnight was relatively good. The scenic views and architecture looks good. However, the room readiness was questioned and got it right. The food in bocca restaurant was fantastic. Great place to have a hangout with friends and family. Though thisn0lace is known for boozing, a good ambiance and food must be a better choice to try out. No lift may become a hurdle for elderly people.

The staff was terrible, and the amenities were poorly managed. The food was even worse, and there was an odor everywhere. Ducks were drinking from the pool, which was still open to guests. The only positive aspect was the room with a great view. This place is not at all kid-friendly. Rooms: 3/5 | service: 1/5 | location: 5/5 rooms: the room was beautiful. Hotel highlights: great view.

The location is excellent for travellers on the highway easily accessible. The food was nice and the service at the restaurant was excellent. I found this property while searching for a good hotel for our night stay.

The hotel owner & Staff here are very nice person. The behaviour of the staff is also very nice & co -operative , whatever we say is done immediately. Owner is Very Good Person.

Pictures of rooms are not correct and they are very ill maintained. Pool is also not that well maintained.

Worst service and staff behaviour

Worst service is there, swimming charge extra and it is too high as rs. 300/ per hour, swimming pool water is appeare like pond, room service not available, food price are too high sa more than 5 star hotels, tv not properly working, app amenities are available but only one chargeable basis, worst behaviour of restaurant staff, it is better to stay in guest house instead of this resort, in-fact it is not a restaurant, it is guest house only, all amenities are available only for to attract guest only.

I needed a transit stop and this was absolutely perfect. The servers and attendants were very helpful. As a solo female travel-ling with her cat, i felt safe and welcomed. Good room, decent food.

Poor service, we had to change room at night 1am due to ac leakage. Slow service. Terrible stay, ordered tea after 1 hour also not served.
