Poor Stay

They have 23 hr check in check out system i reached hotel at 9:30 they have asked me to wait till 12:00 noon and then asked me to check out by 11:00 am. If i am paying for complete day it should by 24 hr i. E. 12 noon to next day 12 noon. The staff told me that they are providing us twin bed room but when we reached in room it was double bed room.

Poor services at-hotel cam-bean

The property is okay but the services were very poor. Most of the days of our stay, there was a big issue of running water in the washroom. Mornings be like no running water in the taps of 4th floor. The lift is another headache, it can carry only 2-3 people at a time, so one has to wait for the lift to come down and start. The door card keys do not work, they need to be activated each time one leaves room and then come back, even then the door does not open again the hotel staff has to come and open the door with their card keys every time.

Worst customer experience at hotel cam-bean

I had a terrible stay at hotel cambean. The hotel staff was non courteous and nor had any manners on how to welcome guests. They made my family wait for 3 hours for check in even we had informed we would check in early on paid basis. We had to force early exit than our scheduled plan due to such negligence and poor behaviour. Do not visit this hotel pl. Many good options are available.

Visitors are not allowed. Managers think visitors are coming to stay in the hotel. "bro, nobody is asking you for free breakfast and free stay. Worst experience i had, and i would certainly try to avoid this hotel in the future
