Lack of amenities. No soap in the washroom. Poor condition of comod. Not adjusting to early check in inspite of prior information

Even after pure booking the hotel staff given room after 2 hr and the room is also not the deluxe room again after complaining they, then realloted another room. I think they do not like booking customers.

Not as per the standard and the ac was also not functioning. I ha-be requested before itself for proper hygiene but later they have fix the issue. Still there is a room for improvement

The bathroom lock is not working and the hotel is ok ok type. Location of the hotel is located in front of station.
