Suite room ok other room is very congestedand you can get smell aswell even some time you can see the bugs, staff behavior is very bad.

Hotel room and washroom was not clean, room service service was also not good. On the time of check out, they said if i had booked hotel directly instead of make my trip, they would offer me better room and asked me to book directly if i visit next time. I am completely unsatisfied with the hotel service. 4. Good

I am a regular traveler and always book the hotel and flight tickets to make my trip app i booked hotel kalpana in durgapur i forgot my purse at the hotel but the hotel staff denied me when i asked for cc tv footage they told me our network is not working properly. This was a very bad experience in my life about hotel kalpana in i know this is not a mistake by the hotel owner but hotel management be careful

The bed was as hard as rock and the bedsheets and as a whole the room was not clean. It was a very bad experience, also the food was not up to the mark.

Nice and clean rooms, just one requirement is to be done which is bathroom light

No at all good experience over here. Resturant was good this only one thing i can only one balanket was provided for two people. Bathroom floor was flooded with water after bathing not hot water available 24/7.

Staffs not wearing masks, blankets not clean, holy dot of previous client attached on mirror and no hot water. Food was overpriced.
