It was a very uncomfortable stay. I requested one large bed but it was two single beds which were uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and there was a privacy issue.

Good Stay

Staying was good. Behavior of receptionist and the attendants were also very cordial. Everything was fine except room no 316's floor was damped throughout the day and night. And also the walls. Don't know the reasons but it was like that. Quality of food was too good. But sadly we were denied to use dining space because we were told, some other meeting was going on there. That was a truly inconvenience for us.

Very bad management with disgusting badbehaviour

They charged an extra 1. 7k for having stains on sheets and yet the management couldn't seem to understand and couldn't even come up with a better solution, rather making us wait when others were checking out so that other customers wouldn't know how bad their management is.

It's near our college. But it's beside highway so there is no local shops in the radius. Everything was ok but overall feel as a couple there was missing something in the vibe

The hotel's ambience is not good, and washroom quality is very worst. It is located in highway, there is no transportation facilities available.

Room alloted was not up to the mark. TVs set top box was not working. There was no sofa in the room. Mutton was top class.👌 Housekeeping staff was very supportive but the female receptionist was rude. I hope this is enough and will be taken care of next time. 😊

Location is inconvenient being away from city centre, bus stop and railway stn. Hotel service is horrible. Nobody lifts room service phone for 15 minutes. Breakfast is horrible, cannot serve even common items like a loo parota in breakfast. Simply horrible. Not going to stay here again.
