The location of the property is good, opposite junction mall. Although the room service quality is below average. We booked a stay for 2 days. The room was not cleaned the next day, we ordered food the night we arrived but the plates were not collected from the room. So we left it outside the room. Which was not taken either. The dirty plates were still not collected when we left.

Front staff behaviour was not good, room is not well, lots of mosquitoes. Fan, tv and windows were issued, when i complain to them then they can resolve this, room maintenance is poor like a horrible place.

Room no 201 allotted to e, blanket and bedsheet were also dirty. I had made complaint to reception three-four times. I also met etching in body and eyes.

Average room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and tidy. Only the showerhead was faulty. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is very good, it's a 5 minute walk from the city centre bus stand. They need immediate improvement in linen, interior and room lighting. Since we stayed for a night, it didn't bother us much. For a longer stay, i don't want to choose this hotel.
