Not proper bed sheet, towel, bedsheet cover, blanket stinking and dirty. Security guard also least bother where we park our vehicle.

There was no hot water and the issue was not resolved during my 2 days stay. Had to call and ask for things that should be there before check in

Cable tv was not there. Towels were old. Breakfast was just ok. Parking was outside the premises. Expectations was that parking will be within the premises. Overall experience is good

Although there was a smooth check in, service quality is not appreciatable. Staffs were not so co operative. With regarding to breakfast: there was quite less options to have breakfast.

The location was decent, but the service standard was disappointing. I have booked 2 rooms, one of them was not clean, even not mopped. The washroom wasn't clean and there was a foul smell coming out of it. Moreover, there was very low water pressure at the hand washing station. The bed sheet was also not clean. Please find the attached photograph for reference. Such a waste of money.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Services are very slow. Taste of food is not proper. Cleanliness is not upto the mark. You have to call 2-3 times for something you want. Staff looking new they tried but not as per the satisfactory.

The hotel staff is highly untrained. For small request like water etc the staff takes more than 30 mins and this happened with us several times. The staff is also very rude including the manager. When we complained about them serving uncooked food then their staff is smiling and not responding. Food quality is pathetic

The location is good as it is on the highway. The property is also well maintained with a pool, lawn and children's play area. The quality of food is also good with delicious tests, with limited recipes. There was a bad odor in our restroom initially upon checking into our room, but later on the issue was resolved by staff upon contacting them. (same issue was there in 2 rooms out of 5 rooms) I had booked 5 rooms and confirmed with hotel by telephone. Still check-in process is too slow. We have booked 5 rooms with 10 adults and 6 children, but we were provided only 10 towels and 10 dental kits only. And upon asking for more kits they replied that additional kits are chargeable. (finally we had purchased kits from the local market, so it is advised to have your kids dental kits with you during stay) Also I had informed the staff that my belongings were forgotten in the specific drawer, but no reply was received from the hotel yet. Rest is good.

Service is very poor. Staff is not mature enough and knowledgeable. Cleaning is not up to the mark. Room service is not good. Only restaurant is good for food quality and test. Other than food its only 1 star.
