It’s not consider 3star resort. Cleanliness was one of the worst, we ever see in such price segment and star rated resort.

Resort is good for having family time. Good hygiene maintain, house keeping is also good, staff behaviour is also good.

i recently booked a hotel expecting a high-quality experience due to the charges, which were comparable to a 4-star hotel. However, the hotel felt more like a basic homestay rather than the premium experience advertised. The amenities, ambiance, and overall standards did not meet my expectations, especially given the cost. While i appreciate the ease of booking, i feel misled by the hotel rating and pricing structure.

The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The rooms were nothing short of luxurious. Spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities, they provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploration. They charged for breakfast of rs 700- extra for 2 pax but the quality of food is not fresh. Even though the breads are not fresh at all. Room intercom phone is not working. Have to wait about 2hrs for hot water taking bath. Room tv was not working condition

Hotel in very poor conditio

Condition of the hotel is very poor. Flaking paints from the wall, half of the electrical appliances are not working, passage have leaking plumbing fittings, lights in the room are very less in that too half lights not working. Level of staff is also very dull.

Entire campus is dirty. In day time, too much noise of plumbing work. No tv in room. Poor room service. Many died insects in walk area. Many wall covered to plants and trees are broken and laid down in walk area. They can't note down for non usage of swimming pool. I plea to all guests not to stay.

We 4 ladies booked 2 rooms for 2 days. Checked in at 6 pm 23rd sept left to the temple at 7pm returned at 11 pm to get out to check in another hotel in the midnight coz of this terrible experience. Upon entering the 2 rooms we had booked, it was immediately clear that cleanliness is totally not a priority here. The room was full of dust and dirt, and the toilet seat was broken. To make matters worse, the flush wouldn't stop running, wasting water constantly. The air conditioning was completely non-functional. One of us started sneezing non-stop due to the dust in the room, and we had to seek medical help for wheezing and was advised to vacate such room to prevent aggrevation. The manager and a front desk staff lady from siligurie, instead of helping us refused to let us check out or return the money we had paid. We did not get refund even for one day though we did not stay there for even 30 minutes! i would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel stay far away. It's not just a waste of money, but also a potential health hazard !

The stay was really amazing and pleasant experience. The entire staff at the resort were fantastic, professional and friendly. Food was delicious as well i’d recommend eating there only - f&b manager mr. Rohit and other staff members were keen to take feedbacks for their respective departments - which was a delight every-time. Service, behaviour of the staff was commendable- kudos!
