The Great Indian Hotel Adventure: A Tale of Two Worlds As a seasoned traveler (15-20 days/month), I've encountered my fair share of hotels. But, dear reader, this one takes the cake. Located in a row of shops, the hotel's entrance promises a world of culinary delights, complete with a bar and foodie fantasies. However, as you step inside, you'll discover a tunnel-vision experience – literally. The reception awaits at the end of a narrow passageway. The pièce de résistance is the rooftop pool, where you can soak up the sun and... question the cleanliness of the pool chairs and tables. I wondered if they'd ever seen a disinfectant wipe. Communication can be a challenge, as most staff members speak only the local language. But hey, it's a great opportunity to practice your charades skills! The rooms? Cozy. And by cozy, I mean tiny. The interior design? Interesting. The washroom? Well, let's just say the exhaust fan repairman earned his keep, spending two hours fixing the, ahem, "fragrant" issue. But the grand finale was the checkout process. Our manager, in a dazzling display of customer service, regaled me with a 15-minute verbal barrage for the egregious sin of being 15 minutes late. Bravo! In conclusion, if you enjoy a dash of adventure with your hotel stay, this might be the place for you. However, if you value cleanliness, communication, and basic human decency, you might want to look elsewhere. Rating: 1.5/5 Will I return? Only if I'm feeling particularly adventurous... or masochistic.

I booked a couple of rooms for an overnight stay. The rooms were spacious. However, i noticed that hot water facilities were not available, and the hotel had no segregation between smoking and non-smoking rooms. For the price point charged, these are fair expectations.

Yes, of course i’ll say how’s the experience at hotel radha prasad. The cleaning was very bad we believed that it’s a 4 star hotel but it’s not looking like this. It was so bad. Need to book hotel in banglore

The swimming pool was the worst with dead insects and flies. Bathroom was very shabby staff during check out was rude

Bad stay, hot water service is from 5 am to 9 am. They dont provide dental kit. Extremely unhygienic. The entire room was dirty pillow were with fungus could see the yellow color.

Most pathetic hotel i have been to. Totally zero courtesy from the staff. Morning breakfast is the worst. We booked executive suite which is smaller than any normal room. Even for double occupancy and executive suite they just provide 1 litre water complimentary and ask us to buy more water if needed.

Hotel room is having very horrible smell. Due to the bar it’s having smoking smell and it is suffocating. Not for family stay.

The room was smelling bad like someone has smoked there in bathroom it was suffocating momemt. We have complain twice by landline call about ac not giving cooling but no one had came for the service or room change. It was very bad thing about them and no room service call is given.

The stay with sterling fern hill was. Especially ms. Jay a receptionist has given excellent hospitality throughout the stay. Also housekeeping service mr. Subrata has done good job.

Property located at prime location. Rooms were clean and comfortable with limited amenities. Breakfast is having very few options and that too keep repeating on daily basis. Some more varieties and options needs to bring in breakfast menu so that people staying for long shouldn't feel like same food everyday! although restaurant is having good options and menu price is also very reasonable.

The hotel has a lot of potential, however it gives off a vibe that the staff are not interested in trying. It was quite dirty, and amenities like soap were not present. The sheets didnt look fresh etc. The parking area, although spacious was stank like sewage. The furnishings however are great and if a little effort were put in, this would be a 4/5 place
