Location - close to central bus stand, easy access to railway station thr public transports. Complimentary breakfast - decent spread, tasty, clean & hygienic dining area. Good response from restaurant team. But this time i felt room needs to be taken care of. If not i doubt i'll stay here next time. Mattress - completely sagged. The floor where i stayed was often smelling heavily with cigerette. Needed to rush to go and close my room door. Fan - noisy, switches not in shape. Postive - the lady allowed me 20 minutes early check in. The concerns raised need to be taken care of immediately. Hence 3.

Hotel was at good location, on main road. Room was nice if you're used to hotel beds. Bathroom spacious. Breakfast spread was very nice and tasty. Staff was cordial and helpful.

First i requested to check in that lady not accepting and after check in frost room there was a very bad smell and the rest room was not cleaning properly they were changed to the 2nd room bed was problem push the bed touch the bottom again' they changed room. Need to improve break fast food quality

Location is good. But the receptionist's help is very poor. The security's help in parking car is very bad. No car adequate parking area. With lot of arguments we had to park the car. No valet car parking facilities. Overall hotel stay experience is not good

Location - walkable from central bus stand, easy access from railway station by local transports. Food - south ind breakfast - tastes good, but limited spread, few more would be welcome! room cleanliness & services satisfied! more focus on response from reception on intercom will be better!

We had booked an executive room, the room was very neat and clean, bathroom was also well kept and the best part was it's accessibility to public transport and shopping areas. The reception staffs were also very friendly. Had a very comfortable stay at hotel regency inn the only drawback was that no ample car park.

Hotel is located at a prime location that anyone can identify. It has huge var parking at both basement and at b1. Facilities like food is available any time at working hours. It has good restaurant. It has bar at basement.

Room was ok. Food excellent. Restaurant service wonderful. But hot water was not available. After paying a rent if for two days myself and my wife did not take bath. Very pathetic

Location easy to reach, clean room, hygienic toilet, ac, hot water - no interruptions, room service prompt, complimentary breakfast ( south indian) was more than expected taste, hygienic and reasonable spread and the dining area clean and neat. Polite young staff respond promptly. They had some power problems for few minutes but responded and managed well! it's surely value for money and more than ok for business and official trips and stay! 4*.

For 24 hrs only one water bottle, no hand towel, rooms doesn't smells good, theses all makes unpleasant staying.
