There was small insects in the whole room the insects were in the bed also couldn’t sleep all night very bad experience (worst experience ever) if possible please provide refund

Hotel was not up to the Mark, Service was not Good, Hotel Staff was not Cooperative In India or in Outoff India when we Book a Hotel Complementary Water Bottle is given every Hotel For 20 Years Fist Time I have to pay for the complementary Bottle One Bottle was used by me and the Hotel Staff was claiming that I have taken three Bottle Hotel Staff were giving false Statement I will never go to the Hotel next time and also tell my Friend not to go there In the past 20 years of my travelling Fist time I am giving this time of Review

Non ac room not proper clean not hot water. Bed sheet and blanket also so durty. Blanket smelling room not cleaning

Reception staff is arrogant and irresponsible and even basic services not available in deluxe ac room. Hot water not available even during winters. Geyser controlled by the hotel staff, you can not use it as per your requirement.

Location was good and room was clean but basic amenities are missing. They give water glass only on demand, that too plastic ones. Two chair sin the room were of different type. Tv doesnt show any channel. Bed sheet was gravy stained. For soap and towel, you need to ask several times, you will get it if you are lucky.

The said hotel is not at par. I am frequent traveller but in never seen when at reception they ask" do you want to drink water, water bottle is chargeable. I was shocked. They gave me rs 5 toiletries (shampoo+oil+soap, i asked them, whether it's chargeable. They said in sarcastic manner. It's complimentary. Rooms also not at par what they are showing. Better to avoid this hotel
