Mosquitos in very large quantity, no tv working, no internet wifi, taps of bathroom are damaged, no intercom e working, very bad experience

Staff behaviour was excellent specially manager's. But rooms were very dirty. The food quality was also not good. Washroom were really dirty and not usable. The property location was a bit convenient. Basic facilities were not available, like toiletories

The staffs were good, they allowed 1 hour extra as late checkout. But the bedsheets and washrooms were not clean, which were replaced on request. The ac started leaking within 30 mins of starting, where the technician wasn't available to fix it. Overall, it was an average experience.

It was really hotel room was stinking bedsheet no dental kit not going suggest anyone for this pathetic hotel pillow was dirty. room service waale se kehne pr usne bolaa ki aisaa hi hai dhone waale ne sahi se nahi dhoyaa to daag reh gyaa , bhot bekaar hotel kindly unlist these kind of hotels from list

Property location- worst - in narrow lane. Food- unhygienic amenities- services - nothing to the mark. Its not star hotel, its simply lodge. I request mm t admin to pols remove from your recommendation list.

The room was of good quality, but the washroom was in a bad condition. The tap of the washbasin was loose and was not working. The washroom was not clean. The bed sheet was also not clean. Rest everything was good.

Location is very good. Rooms are very neat and clean. Reception staff and other staff members are very cordial and cooperative, but very limited food items. However hotel needs little repair and renovation.

The location of the hotel is very bad. It is situated adjacent to a mosque. The appoach to the hotel is terrible. The approach road is too congested that car driver finds it difficult to negotiate. There is no parking. The main gate is located just on the road. There is no kitchen in the hotel. Therefore, there is no provision for even morning tea. The bed sheets are not changed. The staff at receiption was talking with each other so loudly till late night so as to make us difficult to sleep comfortably. They did not stop even on personal request. The flush jet in the toilet is not functioning properly. The staff is not courteous specially night duty staff. There is no garden, no dinning space. We were so repentant and frustrated having booked this hotel

I stayed there for a night stay with my family. Room was ok but bedsheets & pillow covers were extremely dirty. These were not replaced or changed even after multiple request. Since i was with my family and couldn't look out for another hotel during night so i tried to slept in same room. During night lots of mosquitos were which made this night as sleepless for me. I never suggest this hotel to anyone.

We checked in around 4 pm and we had to wait for around 15-20 mins. When i asked them why there is a delay and it is not acceptable when they know that we have kids with us. They immediately gave us a room which was not cleaned properly. The bedsheets were not changed, the wc was all stained. There was not a single amenity. Not even a soap. The people staying next to our room put all their disposable plates etc garbage in front of their room. After complaining they changed our room to a better room and we stayed there. But there was not even a toilet roll in the washroom to even wipe the wc which was totally wet after cleaning. No towels nothing. Not worth it at all.

Hotel services are good and all things are good to go like room, washroom and room services except they have lack of electricity backups like generators in big hotel. So rest things are good to go.

Hotel staff was good, but rooms are not value for money, as they dont provide bedsheets & covers on the day 2, there was a very small dustbin & there were damaged doors and frames. There were no arrangement of foodings. Bathroom - shower not working wash basin very small sized
