They stay was a bad experience the hotel staff is only focusing on the wedding happening in hotel. They are behaving very badly with other guests my lunch was included in the package. In spite of that, they are not allowing the lunch to us i will not recommend to anyone

Lovely property with an amazing pool. Staff at kids area was awesome saidha and manisha. Food options are plenty any the rooms are spacious. Good weekend getaway but will get boring after a day as nothing to do after that

Stay was confortable. There were lot of activities in the resort to keep kids engaged. I loved the pool. Its the best which i have seen across many resorts.

Food quality is amazing and staff is very talented. However they should also have activities during my stay only tambola happened but it should be live singing in the night would have enjoyed more. Overall good experience

Dinner buffet was below average. 2 stale options of snacks n variety of vegetables was very less. Hi-tea sirf naam ki hi thi. Over crowded chaotic hi tea with pure cooked aloo tiki, stale pandit chat and non welcoming staff. Breakfast was also below average. Junior suite is not a suite. As-lightly bigger room. No extra activities were there as mentioned. Swimming pool is a delight. Overall not recommended.

It was really wonderful stay. The staff was really good, they were very helpful. Love the food & overall service. Would recommend this property to everyone if you are looking 2/3 days family outing near ncr area. Love the kids play area, my daughter had a lot of fun there.

Breakfast was average but the most disappointing thing was that even after the numerous reminders about a birthday celebration, the room was not decorated. At the time of check-in, i was told that the room is decorated and the cake is already placed but when i entered the room, there were no decorations and the cake was there with a welcome note instead of happy birthday. And when i reached out to the staff, they informed me that after high tea, all of you request will be fulfilled but again no decorations and nothing was fulfilled which was promised to me.

Courtyard Marriott Aravali Resort gives a an authentic Oasis experience. Surrounded by a very rough Aravali range and vegetation this , dramatic pool-centric resort property, has so much to offer....just 30 mins away from Gurgaon.

Pet- friendly staycation, beautiful property but average dining experience

I recently stayed at courtyard aravalli for a family staycation, including our pet, and overall, it was a good experience. The property is beautiful, with well-maintained surroundings and a nice pool. The staff was very polite and accommodating, and they made sure our pet felt comfortable, which was a big plus. However, the food was quite a letdown. We had both dinner and breakfast included, and unfortunately, everything was served cold. The food quality was very average, which was disappointing given the setting. I noticed that the hotel was quite crowded during our stay, which may have affected the service. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times, so service was slower than expected. On a positive note, we also booked spa appointments, which were wonderful and added a relaxing touch to our stay. The spa staff was professional, and it was a soothing experience. While the food could have been much better, the ambiance and pet-friendly atmosphere made up for it. I’d recommend courtyard aravalli if you’re looking for a pet-friendly getaway, but i hope they can improve the dining experience for future guests.

Stay was good room - we had a room with balcony and a garden view food - food was good not great. Saw many people disappointed with their dal makhani ambience - was good. Supportive staff

It was a superb experience. The team is excellent. The facilities are great and most importantly, they have a proactive attitude, especially want to highlight that even the smallest member in the team is so customer centric that they will understand what customer needs and will proactively resolve instead of waiting for the customer to ask for it. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and i can clearly say this is by far the best experience from customer, centricity standpoint.

The property was amazing. They upgraded us to a suite and the room was big and spacious. Food was 8/10 and the staff was 20/10. Really friendly and helpful hotel staff. Got a spa there which was very relaxing. Swimming pool is decent too. Overall 9. 5/10 experience.
