There were a lot of electricity fluctuations during our stay, and it happened around 50-60 times that the electricity kept going off repeatedly. Besides this, the overnight stay was very nice, and the ground team was very supportive.

Ginger faridabad is a very economical hotel and good to stay if you are travel-ling without family. Room requires an upgrade, bedsheet, blanket are not enough during winter season (please carry something warm to sleep at night, room decor is dull if compared to other ginger hotels, breakfast is fine compared to the pricing but still not as compared to ginger noida

The hotel was good just this time the room was a bit dusty, windows needed to be cleaned regularly, i found a bit of dust after sliding the curtains. The rest everything good as always

Room are very small. Furniture is very old. Seriously needs an upgrade. Torn bed sheets. Choked bathroom drains. Overall not a good experience.

Hotel services is very poor. I have checked in at 9:00pm and they asked to wait for 35 mins as the room was not ready. Towel was not in room, i requested for towel but they asked to wait for more 30 mins. Very unprofessional staff and poor services. Food quality is ok.

Stains on bed linen. Smelly curtains. Cleanliness is an issue. Food menu is limited but food quality is ok. Ok for emergency stay if other good hotels are not available. Location is good, very near to metro station.

We stayed for 1 night. The facilities were good. Apart from hot water in bathroom, we were fine with all requirements. Food for breakfast was good.

There is a not worth of money to stay in this hotel. They even don’t provide basis thing like soap, hand towel & toothpaste. Apart from it, restaurant is also not good, food was not tasty, no service& very limited food variety. Check out forged signed by the hotel staff in the register although i am in the hotel.

Disappointed to say the least. The following are of special concern: 1) very small rooms. 2) single towel 3) very poor breakfast and dinner buffet, in terms of the quality of food and the number of items 4) shockingly poor wi-fi. In today's age and time this is ridiculous

The hotel needs a thorough cleaning and higher cleanliness standards. It needs a fresh makeover. Our side of the building had dogs barking all night and a wedding celebration venue with late music and the windows have no sound proofing. The restaurant has few western options.

Stay at ginger hotel, wasn't that good, room wasn't properly cleaned. Kettle wasn't clean, amenities like sugar tea packets were torn off. There wasn't menu of. Hotel kitchen in the room. Bedsheets were not that much clean. Overall it wasn't good experience. Although food was good

At reception no person take ownership. I changed 3 rooms due to flush problem, dirt smell. All washrooms have leakage issues but no solution they provided.
