Property needs improvement on food service otherwise decent stay

Excellent property for wedding purpose. The room were very nice and clean, all facility were there. Negative point was food service was not up to the mark, and they have variety of food service. Staffs were very comparative. Room service was okay, ambiance was fantastic.

We had put a request of late check in. No tea no food torn towel n old soap. I wish staff is supervised strictly to make it better.

The rooms were good and clean. The maintenance of the room was quite good. The Road leading up to the hotel did not have any lights and the lobby also lacked lighting. The stay was average and can be better.

No room service in the morning. All reception phones are answering no service. No tea till 7 am. No water available. No 24x7 Service.
