Location - easy access amities - average service - good environment -ok rooms quality is average not that much space is ok but inside to be maintained (wall batches)

Hotel manager ne kaha ki dono id ek hi address par honi chahiye and he did not provide the room to stay

Hotel staff was not coeprative, and did not provide the invoice during checkout time. There were lot of dampness in walls of room and toilet seat was also getting blocked and breakfast was not upto mark.

Too much mosquito at night

Not worth the money at all. I had an ac room but there were too many mosquitos at night. Couldn't sleep at all. Wouldn't recommend

Mahalakshmi hotel is ideally located. Food is good. Bathrooms & toilet maintenance is not upto the mark. Room service was fast and good mannered employees. Reception, billing and all professionally done good. Overall good

Hostel is nicely maintained. Rooms are clean, hygienic. Mosquitoes are found in room so mosquitoes repellent was provided. Very less choice for dinner and breakfast in this hotel not justifiable the amount paid for dinner and breakfast hence mmt may review this part

Rooms are not good but food are really good and room service is also good bathroom not clean towel not clean bed sheet is not good blanket is very bad condition

The experience could have been better considering the price paid. The room which I was supposed to be given wasn't ready and had to wait for half hour for check in. Hotel is more like a marriage function destination rather than business ones. No options for breakfast

Travelled for business trip. Loud noise in neighbouring room until early morning. Restaurant food was average. Overall place was quite noisy.

Room was good but had some issues of noises from next door building however when brought to managements notice, they changed the room immediately. Breakfast is not up to the mark. For three days same type of breakfast. Should change and have more variety and items

This Hotel charge you like anything but service is zero. Apart from this breakfast at Hotel with no option. Bathroom was very old not maintained. Quality of food not upto the mark. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.
