I guess rooms maintaince are preet low as a brand it should be more premium cleanness and ambience. Side muncies are all sweet ideally it should be the mixture. Breakfast options are not nice as compared to other delhi/ncr hotels

Faridabad radisson blu is nice ! conveniently located on a highway! food quality is good & staff is also quite co-operative ! the only issue i had was luck-warm water in the room, on the first day of my stay.

The service was not that great. As per the five star standards it dint not feel like one. Food was okay. I travel-led with my toddlers and there was no special care provided for them with respect to food

Poor check-in experience. Room that was allotted to me wasn’t that well maintained with dustbin broken, and lacking basic amenities. Room service was also slow and i didn’t find them much professional. Not recommended

We had an amazing time at radisson blu faridabad. The rooms were spacious & clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! the house keeping staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The only disappointing thing (which could have cancel-led our whole stay) was at our arrival at the hotel, our dog friendly room was not available and the front desk suggested us to take the reimbursement & go back. It came as a shock to us that in a 5-star rated hotel of about 120 rooms there were only 2 pet friendly rooms which were already occupied. However, after a long wait of 1. 5 hours (with 8 seniors, 3 kids and a dog at 10:30 pm) & multiple conversations for 90mins with the front desk ( mr. Akshat, after so much of perusal we asked them to call the senior manager then senior manager came into the picture and asked us to wait till he gets a pet friendly room and apologised for the situation and got the rooms ready for us. The whole situation could have been avoided if the arrangements were checked in advance by the hotel. Moreover, the so called pet park they have in their property is a sham - it's extremely small & narrow like an alley, and even that too is poorly maintained.
